Refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We may request photos of the product or packaging for verification.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund.
Once the product is prepared and delivered, refunds may be partial or not applicable depending on the situation.
